Seafood Boil in an Aluminum Pan for Parties

Disposable aluminum pans are a practical choice when you are making a seafood boil for a party, cookout, family gathering, or game day spread. They provide plenty of room for tossing, make cleanup easier, and can go straight from the kitchen to the serving table.

Choose a Heavy-Duty Pan

Seafood boils get heavy once you add crab, shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage, and butter. Use a sturdy pan and support it with a sheet pan underneath when moving it. For a large crowd, two medium pans are often easier to handle than one overloaded pan.

Cook in Stages

Prepare potatoes and other longer-cooking ingredients first. Add corn and sausage, then finish with shrimp, crab, lobster, or crawfish. Transfer each cooked component into the aluminum pan as it is ready.

Toss with Butter and Seasoning

Melt butter and blend it with Chef Bae® Seafood Boil Seasoning. Pour it over the filled pan and toss carefully so the seafood, vegetables, and sausage are evenly coated.

Make Party Service Easier

Set out lemon wedges, extra seasoned butter, napkins, seafood crackers, and serving utensils. Keep the pan covered until serving time so the food stays warm without sitting over high heat.

Use More Than One Pan for a Crowd

Multiple pans make it easier to separate mild and spicy batches or divide different kinds of seafood. They also make it easier to replenish the serving table instead of exposing the entire batch at once.
